Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping as well as delivery across Canada. Your print will typically reach you within 7-10 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please be aware that international orders currently do not include tracking numbers. If you wish to have your order shipped with a tracking number, kindly reach out to us through our contact page or send us a direct message on Instagram. The delivery time for orders with tracking numbers is approximately 10-30 days, varying based on the destination. Additional charges will apply for this service.
Custom Sizes:
If you would like to order a custom size, please reach out to us via Instagram. We are more than willing to assist and ensure it perfectly suits your needs!
Printing and Paper Quality:
We use silver halide photograpic prints; most of our works are printed out on luster (semi-gloss) paper.
Processing:
We print on demand and process orders every two weeks. All orders, including pickup requests, are printed once every 14 days and then dispatched. You will receive a notification when your pickup order is ready. Please understand that the "Moya Ridna" project is run entirely by volunteers, and we are working diligently to fulfill your orders promptly. Thank you for your patience and support.
There is a chance that your chosen print is in stock, in this case it will be shipped to you within a week.
